Shipping policy
To place an order, the customer can register on the HM Optics website.
The order will only be confirmed after successful payment by the customer. The article will be reserved only for 48 hours after the order request, is validated and sent after payment.
In case of orders for prescription products, such as contact lenses, the order confirmation indicates that it was prescribed to the customer by a qualified technician, being HM Optics is exempt from any liability for misuse or inappropriate use of the product purchased.
After confirmation of payment, orders are processed. The customer can choose between receiving the order at the address indicated, with additional shipping costs based on weight and destination, or pick up the order in the shop, without additional costs.
Orders are shipped via selected carriers. Where applicable, the customer may track the shipment of the order through the code sent by HM Optics once the order is shipped.
Delivery times may vary from 2 to 3 working days for mainland Portugal. Deadlines vary for other destinations, such as the Islands.
All costs associated with customs duties or others are the sole responsibility of the customer.
